He is a graduate of the University of Texas-Austin and Our Lady of the Lake University at San Antonio, Texas with degrees in Mass Communication and Social Work. He is a licensed Master Social Worker with 25 years of combined work experience in clinical and administrative health care delivery. He was the owner and administrator of Alamo Home Healthcare, Inc. and currently provides medical social work services to area healthcare providers
